How does the service work ?
We will email you a link to install your MAX agent on your servers or we can install it for you remotely. Once the agent has been installed, tested and configured then your servers will begin sending us data to our web based monitoring portal. Your MAX agent checks your servers automatically every 5 or 15 mins for any issues and sends you a daily report and us an instant alert of any issues found.
What happens if I have a problem ?
If MAX finds a problem then you have 3 options.You can fix the problem yourself if you have knowledge to do so.You can ask your current IT support company to investigate the issue and fix it.You can ask us to fix it for you either onsite or via remote support session at a low fixed cost.
