Our remote support service allows us to look after your IT systems remotely via the internet. This service is ideal for companies who do not wish to pay for expensive on-site callout charges and only require remote diagnosis and fix services for their servers and desktops. The majority of problems faced by business systems today are software based which can easily be fixed remotely within a short timeframe. Another advantage of this service allows you to choose which computers you want support for and which ones do not require it. The service cannot provide support for hardware problems or network problems that require site visits. No on-site support is included, but telephone support is provided as part of the remote diagnosis service.
